Here is a vintage excalibur gold metal wrist watch.

I am pretty sure it isn't gold.

The watch is in good condition, and is working, although unsure how well it keeps time.

The strap is in good condition.

Heart shaped embroided gold scent bottle

Here is a vintage gold metal scent bottle in the shape of a heart.

It has a beautiful floral embroided pattern to it and an intricate gold metal design with a clear glass back.

I am pretty sure it isn't gold.

It is complete with screw top and stands at 1.5" tall.

VINTAGE GOLD METAL TANIVAS WRIST WATCH

Here is a vintage Tanivas gold metal wrist watch.

I am pretty sure it isn't gold.

It has a gold metal design with silver bands running down the strap.

The watch is in good condition, however i do not think it is currently working.

VINTAGE STERLING SILVER WRIST WATCH

Here is a vintage continental silver Wrist watch.

Because there are no english silver hall marks i suspect this watch to be continental, however i do not know the maker of it.

The watch is in good condition, however i do not think it is currently working.

The strap is in good condition.

The movement looks clean but as i say it is not working.

Vintage Newport silver Pocket watch J.H Heal

Here is a lovely silver Newport Hunters watch.

It also bears the name J.H. Heal.

I am unsure of the age of this watch.

It bears the mark for sterling silver and some other marks that are barely distinguishable..

The casing does have some small dents to it and discolouration in places.

VINTAGE HARD WOOD GOLD INLAYED JEWELLERY BOX

Here is a vintage gold inlayed hard wood jewellery box with an intricate carved floral design to the top of it.

It does have some scuff and scratches to the polish but is still a very attractive piece.

It is hinged and they work well.

It contains two compartments lined with felt.

It measures 15cm x 11cm.

Here is......

They have a very unusual landscape painted on them and a green band with gilding around the neck and foot with a ivy design also around the neck.

I am unsure of the exact date of these vases as the mark on the bottom is slightly faded but it dates somewhere between 1908-1915.

Piece's by this artist are highly desirable and can fetch very good prices.

They are both in great condition and have no chips cracks or crazing.
I expect these to reach between £300-£350. I would not consider selling them for less.

Raymond Rushton, born 1886, was considered one of the best artists at the Worcester factory in the first half of the 20th century. He won National art prizes and was very highly acclaimed.

Royal Worcester was founded in Worcester, England in 1751, the factory was established on the banks of the River Severn by a group of local businessmen, with the guidance of Dr John Wall, an eminent physician. Dr. Wall along with another of the group, apothecary William Davis, developed their method for producing porcelain. The company survived over 250 yrs until going into administration in 2008.

1950's Wade tailor nursery rhyme

Here is a 1950 Wade Tailor from the Nursery Rhyme series.

As i just said it is rom the 1950 and is very collectable.

The Nursery Rhyme Figurine Set were produced by Wade Heath & Company Ltd. It was one of a series of eight young boys dressed in adult costume based on the 1940's children’s rhyme “Tinker, tailor, soldier, sailor, rich man, poor man, beggar man, thief.

The Tinker i have for sale is a hollow based figurine measuring approx 3 1/4" high and is signed Wade Tailor on the underside.

It is in perfect condition with no chips crack or crazing.

This item does not come up for auction often and would be a real shame to miss out.

The value of this piece is anything between £75.00-£150.00.

The wade company was established in 1810 by Henry Hallam and produced ceramic industrial fittings. The company moved to Burslem and it was taken over and called Wade & Colclough in 1867.[3] John Wade started his own company in 1887 called Wade & Co.[3]

By the 1940s there were three Wade pottery factories owned by brothers William, Albert J and George Wade, who were John Wade's three nephews.[3] A fourth factory was started in the 1950s in Ireland.

Wade became very popular especially in the late 80's and early 90's but is less so at present.

Shakespeares minature complete works rare

Here is..........

a miniature complete works of William Shakespeare's Britain's printed by Allied Newspapers Ltd.

They were printed in the early 1900's but do not have a date. It also on the last pages of each book they have the name Andersons Edinburgh Ltd. Printed in Scotland.

The books measure approx 5cm x 3.8cm each. The spine of each volume has been embossed with the titles of the works and have a illustrated frontis in each volume.

The books are all complete and do not have any real signs of damage and the spines in great condition.

It comes complete with the book case which although i believe to be original i have my suspicions it has been painted at a later date. mainly due to the knocks you can see the orininal wood colour underneath.


The book case is in relatively good condition although has a few knocks and as previously stated may have been repainted black.

This however does not detract from the quality of this piece.

It is extremely rare to find the whole collection still complete and in such good condition. I have seen some sell individually for as much as £25.00 each. A conservative estimation of this collection is around £500-£700, however i would not be suprised if it gets more than that.

The Globe by the way P.G. Wodehouse 1st edition

I will be selling a The Globe by the way P.G. Wodehouse 1st edition The book is a very rare book and is highly sought after. The Globe By the Way Book is a collection of extracts from the By The Way column, a feature of London newspaper The Globe Publishing company. The book was published in 1908.

Sir Pelham Grenville Wodehouse was a comic writer who enjoyed enormous popular success during a career of more than seventy years and continues to be widely read. His books are sort after in many countries. In a guardian online article, The globe by the way book is ranked 75 in a Guardian newspaper article entitled what they're worth b; the top 100 list in full. It is valued at £4,000- £6,000 in very good condition.

The copy i will be selling is not in above average condition as it is missing an adverts page and the title page. Furthermore despite the missing pages it is relatively good condition and i expect it to fetch a reasonable price.
