This is a Hebdomas 8 day Hunters pocket watch with silver case and silver inlay.
It was made circa 1910 to 1915.
The silver case is marked .925 silver. and therefore sterling silver.
The watch keeps great time.
it has an 8 Days lever movement has a large mainspring which takes up the whole of the back of the movement has is covered by a large mainspring cover.
It is signed 8 day and swiss made.
The case is a size 16 Silver hunters case.
It is signed “Hebdomas Registered”. The case is decorated with engine turning and features a vacant crest on the front.
It does have some wear and some minor dents.
The Dial is white enamel and has an exposed balance and regulator.
It is decorated with green and silver enamel Cartouche numbers and also a gold and silver inlay with a touch of blue enamel.
The dial and hands are in mint codition.
This watch is probably the more common Hebdomas you are likely to find but it is still very valuable and very attractive.
It values at around £400-£500 in this condition.
